Just wanted to let all of you know that I have been asked to contribute to Teacher 2.0 - a new blog on "How the Internet can be used to create learning communities that advance professional development and improve classroom instruction." The blog is promoted by David Deschryver and Denis Doyle of SchoolNet, with an impressive list of contributors. They invited Barnett Berry to participate and he asked me to be a co-contributor with him. I am quite humbled. There is one other educator on the list of contributors- Dana Huff.
I think this blog is a wonderful opportunity for all of us to engage policy makers and educational reformers around a topic of which we are all very passionate. I hope you will visit the blog often and engage in the conversations and ideas through your comments. Plus, I could use your moral support! Here is my first co-post.

In addition, School Net is also hosting a conference: EduStat Summit 2007
