In most cases, action was not finalized, making this Fall an extraordinarily busy and important return to business. This primer is intended to help NAEHCY members “catch up” on the summer’s legislative activities, preview what is at stake this Fall, and learn how and why it will be especially critical to find ways to communicate with legislators during the autumn months.
